If there is an issue or concern please talk to your Chapter Elder first. 

 

If you feel as though you cannot get satisfaction from your Chapter Elder then you can take the next step and talk to your State Elder Mike Friend 503-449-0251. 

 

If you cannot get satisfaction from Mike then talk to Rich Schlalos, the Pacific NW Regional Elder, 360-798-9437.  If that doesn't work then you can talk to Pastor Fred Z. 

 

Please do not call Fred Z without going through these channels first.  With all the people that are part of this ministry world-wide, we cannot swamp Pastor Z with concerns and issues without going through this process first.  Most all issues should stop at the Chapter Elder stage.
